Which Plan Do I Choose?

Download and run our Vulnerability Scanner to find out your online backup storage requirements. This program will help you discover your current data risk.
Automatic Renewals
Your subscription is automatically renewed unless cancelled. You will receive an invoice 45 days prior to your expiration date. Your payment must be received on account prior to the last day of expiration or your account will be cancelled. You can renew your account within 30 days of cancellation, but will be charged a one-time renewal fee.
Changing Plans
You can modify your subscription plan and Term at any time. There may be a small fee for any plan modification. This will be evaluated and addressed on an as-need basis.
Need More Storage?
If you run out of backup space, the Smith Backup software will notify you. Please contact us so we can upgrade you to a new data plan at any time. We simply pro-rate the unused balance and apply it to your new subscription.
Cancel Subscription
To cancel service, either notify us with the date you wish the cancellation to take affect or you can cancel your Account within the Smith Backup client software that manages your online backup access. After the account has been cancelled, you can then use the "Add or Remove Programs" to uninstall the Smith Backup client software. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
Ready to Sign-Up?

In that confirmation e-mail, you will receive a download link to download our software and setup your online backup.
